Velvet Cuisine is headed up by former Scottish Chef of the Year Kevin MacGillivray, who has a wealth of experience and is one of Scotland’s most respected chefs. Kevin is currently President of Scottish Chefs and continues to promote Scotland and Scottish produce to a global audience with his wide range of connections in the hospitality and tourism industries. Kevin is passionate about food and has been cooking since he was 15. He has worked, travelled and competed all over the world and is always exploring exciting new flavours and techniques. He also remains rooted to all things Scotland with strong ties to producers, suppliers and key players within Scottish hospitality.
